LOA!!!! May 19th our agency called us with news of our LOA (Letter of Acceptance). What it means is that the CCAA (Chinese Center of Adoption Affairs) has officially approved us as Elizabeth's parents. The next step is Travel Approval and that is expected in 2 - 5 weeks. So we will probably be traveling to China sometime in July! We are so excited and overjoyed to know that we will have Elizabeth in our arms soon!
